Natalie Beaugard moved to Skowhegan, ME in 2022. She works out of her private commercial kitchen, which is located on her 10 acre property and looks out onto her grassy-hillside.

The homestead
While establishing the business, there is not a lot of time for anything else; however, small steps continue to be made towards turning the L’Atelier property into a thriving homestead!
Natalie has a flock of over 60 chickens that provide eggs for all of the pasta doughs and gelato bases. A small vegetable garden was established this year, and was incredibly bountiful despite it’s late start. Natalie’s heart has been with fruit trees and shrubs for many years and there is a small number of them getting established, with plans to add many more!
